    B.Com LL.B.

    The B.com LL.B. is a dynamic and comprehensive professional law program spanning five years, seamlessly integrating the realms of commerce and law. This interdisciplinary course imparts a holistic education, covering subjects ranging from Statistics, Economics, Auditing to Law of Contract, Constitutional Law and Legal Language. These core subjects aim to equip students with a foundational understanding of legal principles, business concepts and their interplay in various contexts. The integration of commerce and law ensures a comprehensive education that prepares students for diverse career paths in legal and business domains.

    Interested in both business and law: B.Com LL.B. is a great option for students who are interested to be either in the business or legal domains. The course will provide a strong foundation in both fields thereby adding to the employability skills of the students.

    Work in the corporate world: Large corporations with in-house legal departments prefer to hire lawyers who have an understanding of accounts and business. A B.Com LL.B. degree can provide the requisite skills and knowledge and make such law graduate asset for the organization.

    Start own Ventures: B.Com LL.B. degree can provide the much required legal knowledge needed to protect the entrepreneurial venture. Students will also learn about business finance, accounting and marketing, that any entrepreneurs needs to know.

    To be Eligible in B.com LL.B.

    Such student must have obtained minimum 45% marks in the aggregate in the qualifying 3-year bachelor’s degree examinations.
    Candidates belonging to scheduled caste, scheduled tribe or other backward classes shall be eligible to apply if they secure at least 40 % marks in the said qualifying examination.
    Note:
    • The aforementioned rules are subject to the guidelines issued by CCS University and the Bar Council of India.
    • The College reserves the right to cancel the admission of any student in accordance with the rules.

    Duration of the Course

    The duration of the course of B.A.LL.B./B.Com. LL.B. shall be a period of Five Academic Years. Each year is divided into two semesters.
