Accordingly, there is an evident interface between Public Policy and Law. Hence, this course of B.A.LL.B. has been planned in compliance with the developing and changing nature of socio-economic conditions of the society. This course is based on new developments in the aftermath of Globalization and Liberalization, which has resulted in the evolution of market forces. Multifaceted integrated insight is the true hallmark of this course.

    The main purpose of this program is to provide a comprehensive knowledge base to the students of law. Asian Law College offers an integrated five years undergraduate educational program of B.A.LL.B.

    To be Eligible in B.A. LL.B./B.Com. LL.B.

    The student should have passed senior secondary school examination or an examination equivalent thereto, securing not less than 45% (40% in the case of SC/ST U.P. Domicile) in aggregate.
    The students should be appearing or have appeared for the annual examinations in March/April of the current academic year.
    Note:
    • The afore-mentioned rules are subject to the guidelines issued by CCS University and Bar Council of India.
    • The College reserves the right to cancel the admission of any student in accordance with the rules and regulations.
    • Students who fail to clear the qualifying examination (ALCAT) will not be considered eligible for admission in this course.

    Duration of the Course

    The duration of the course of B.A.LL.B./B.Com. LL.B. shall be a period of Five Academic Years. Each year is divided into two semesters.
